The platform combines a car guide, a classifieds marketplace, auctions, and an owners' community. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the platform, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over it.
1.Data we collect
Account data: your email and/or phone number, username, and country when you create an account, plus related verification data.
Profile & activity data: your car and garage, your reviews and community posts, and the content of listings you publish (vehicle details, photos, price, and the contact method you choose to publish).
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and an approximate country derived from your IP to show your local market.
2.How we use your data
Operating the platform: creating your account, displaying your listings and posts, and powering features like the garage, auctions, and alerts.
Safety & verification: verifying contact details, preventing fraud and abusive accounts, and enforcing the Terms of Use.
Communicating with you: transactional messages (account confirmation, listing status, auction outcomes) and essential service notices.
Improvement: understanding platform usage in aggregate to develop features and content.
3.Cookies
We use essential cookies to run your session, keep you signed in, and remember your preferences (language and chosen country). Only after you consent, we also use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to measure visits, campaign performance, and page usage; these services may set measurement or advertising cookies.

Our platform connects seller and buyer directly. Any contact made through the number you publish in your listing happens off-platform and at your own responsibility — we never share your number unless you publish it yourself.
6.Retention & deletion
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request an export of your data or deletion of your account and its associated data at any time via the email below; we may retain limited records where the law or fraud prevention requires it.
7.Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, and to object to certain uses of it. Email us below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8.Security
We apply technical and organizational controls to protect your data (encrypted connections, restricted access). No system is 100% secure — tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
9.Children
The platform is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may retain questions sent to Pearl after removing contact details or sensitive identifiers, without linking them to a user identity, to improve site content.
